5. Liability & Warranty

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of services is limited to the amount paid by you to Torglis in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory.
Torglis maintains professional indemnity insurance and follows industry-standard development practices. However, clients are responsible for testing applications before deployment and maintaining adequate backup systems.
